Peak season = high call volume

Ah, spring, when the ground thaws, the sun comes out, and everyone suddenly gets the urge to build, renovate, and beautify their spaces. For us, spring brings a massive wave of demand. Contractors are kicking off outdoor projects, homeowners are planning backyard makeovers, and commercial clients are placing large orders to get ahead of the construction season. That means our team is doing everything from loading shipments to offering design advice, coordinating logistics, and answering customer questions all day long. It’s a whirlwind, and we love it! But it also means our phones ring constantly, so we might not always be able to pick up the phone when it rings.

We check all messages and do our best to return calls as soon as we can (and in the order they are received). During spring it may take a couple of days to get back to you. We know that waiting isn’t ideal, and we really appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times.
