Additionally, the driver will often use a pump truck (also called a pallet jack) to move the pallets from the truck to your curb or driveway area. This means that you don’t need to have a forklift available for the initial delivery, as the combination of the lift gate and pump truck enables safe unloading without specialized equipment on your end.
