Mountain View Stone ledgestone white oak stone veneer offers a clean, natural look with subtle tones that blend well in modern and rustic designs. Its textured surface and elongated shape create an elegant appearance, adding depth and dimension to walls and facades. Our white oak ledgestone incorporates soft, neutral hues, ranging from ivory to faint earth tones, making it a versatile choice for both interior and exterior applications.

Mountain View Stone ledge stone is made up of a variety of irregular shapes and sizes and roughly textured to create its rugged appeal. This versatile pattern will create a dramatic impression on the interior or exterior of your next project. This profile was created using a unique blend of natural stones. Ledge stone can also be blended with field stone to create an old-style rustic look.

Ledge stone is an individual stone veneer product measuring 1" to 2" thick and therefore thinner than traditional stone siding for easier, lighter handling. All our manufactured stone veneer products are suitable for interior applications such as stone accent walls or stone fireplaces as well as exterior applications such as stone veneer siding. Mountain View Stone ledge stone is available in boxes of 10 square foot flats, boxes of 7.5 lineal foot matching corners, and 150 square foot bulk crates.

Dimensions

Stone flat dimensions:
Length: 5" to 18"
Height: 1" to 4"
Thickness: 1" to 2" 

Corner dimensions:
Short side: 3" to 4"
Long side: 10" to 12"
Height: varies to match stone style

Each 10 square foot box weighs roughly 80-90lbs and corners weigh roughly 70-80lbs per box. Each 150 square foot bulk crate weighs roughly 1450lbs.

Materials

Mountain View Stone ledge stone is produced by combining Portland cement, lightweight aggregate, and iron oxide mineral colors.

Minimum Order Details

All products have a minimum order quantity. Orders for less than the minimum order quantity will be cancelled. Ledge stone has a minimum order quantity of 50 square feet.

Corners are add on items and cannot be sold and shipped independently of stone veneer flats. Orders for corners independent of stone veneer flats will be cancelled.

Accessories are add on items and cannot be sold and shipped independently of stone veneer flats. Orders for accessories independent of stone veneer flats will be cancelled.

Please note: All of our stone veneer is made to order. Manufacturing time is currently 4-5 weeks. You will receive an email with an estimated ready to ship date after your order has been placed.

Installation Instructions

Ledge stone is an individual stone product and is installed piece by piece. The individual stones will vary in size, shape, and thickness. In order to achieve the desired natural stone finish as shown in our images it is up to the installer to arrange the individual stones in the correct pattern and install each stone one at a time. Nice product. We had 7 boxes shipped with only a few pieces broken. The color of the stone was a little too consistent for my liking. Our stone is mostly beige with some darker beige to rust color. Some of the pictures of the stone I reviewed appeared gray to light beige. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because of the lack of color variance in my shipment.

Congratulations to you and your crew. It shipped when you said it would and that is to be commended. Again, you shipped on time and that is a really big deal. Your crew is to be commended. The stone took three months to get to Panama and my Ford Ranger carried all 3,200 pounds to my new house on the Pacific side of the country, which took eight hours. I have not broken down the boxes but from what I can see the stone is in perfect condition and looks really good. I need to install the cedar ceiling boards and the tile before I can install the stone, which should be at least a couple for months from now. I am looking forward to that process. Thank you for your patience with me in the purchasing process. You were a big help.

  • Hi, what sealer do you recommend for manufactured stone? Thanks.

    Thank you for your question and interest in our stone veneer. A concrete sealer is not required, however, sealing with a concrete sealer will add protection especially over the mortar joints. Please keep in mind that different concrete sealers will affect the appearance of the stone veneer. A matte (or flat) finish will have little to know impact to the finished look of the stone veneer whereas a gloss finish will darken the stone veneer and have a wet look. We recommend testing your concrete sealer on a piece of stone veneer that has not been installed to ensure you are happy with the finished appearance after applying concrete sealer. Please let us know if you have any more questions!

  • We are interested in ordering a sample and then possibly placing an order for ledge stone to reface our fireplace (indoors). With shipping and manufacturing being an issue in many industries, I wondered what your order distribution time frames are like right now (we are in Pittsburgh, PA). Our project will be happening in 3 weeks or so. Also, I would like some advice on ordering corners. Are there particular pieces listed? I did not see them specifically. But this is my first time looking for something like this.

Corners are not required but they offer a professional finish by wrapping perfectly around a 90 degree outside corner. If you decide to use corners you will need to calculate the lineal feet required by simply measuring the height of all outside corners as our corners are sold by the lineal foot. On each product page there are options for both flats and corners (to the right of the main product image). Please feel free to email us the dimensions of your project at info@mountainviewstone.net and we can help you estimate the number of corners and flats you will need to complete your project.
