Lime Stone - Rustic
Lime Stone - Rustic
Mountain View Stone limestone rustic provides a rugged, timeless look inspired by nature. With its weathered texture and natural tones like muted grays, browns, and soft earth hues, it beautifully replicates the appeal of traditional limestone. Perfect for both interior and exterior applications, this stone veneer adds depth and character to fireplaces, feature walls, and exterior facades, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Its lightweight design and ease of installation make it a practical choice for achieving a classic, rustic aesthetic with the durability of modern materials.
A classic hand chiseled stone with a distinctive embedded rough texture precisely designed to mimic quarried and cut lime stone. Mountain View Stone lime stone is shaped for bold, traditional statements with clean contemporary lines. Its old-world appearance with rugged rectangular ashlar shapes lends itself to a wide variety of architectural styles adding elegance to any residential or commercial application. Also known as rough cut or Austin stone.
Lime stone is an individual stone product measuring 1.5" to 2.5" thick and therefore thinner than traditional stone siding for easier, lighter handling. All our manufactured stone veneer products are suitable for interior applications such as stone accent walls or stone fireplaces as well as exterior applications such as stone veneer siding. Mountain View Stone lime stone is available in boxes of 10 square foot flats, boxes of 6 lineal foot matching corners, and 150 square foot bulk crates.

Hi there, I would like to buy some of your product to clad some gate posts that I am constructing for my driveway. I plan to build them about 2' wide by 2' deep by 4' high, but can adjust to fit your product. The idea is to build out of concrete blocks and then clad with veneer. My main question is what to do with the corners/edges? I see you offer corner pieces by the lineal foot, but I cannot see a pic of them on your website. Can you please advise and add any tips on how people generally do gateposts using your products?
Thank you for your question and interest in our stone veneer. The easiest way to determine the square footage of stone veneer flats you will need is to measure the length and to measure the height of area you will be installing our stone veneer on and multiply them together to get the total square footage of stone veneer flats needed for your project. Corners are not required but they offer a professional finish by wrapping perfectly around a 90 degree outside corner. If you decide to use corners you will need to calculate the lineal feet required by simply measuring the height of all outside corners as our corners are sold by the lineal foot. On each product page there are options for both flats and corners (to the right of the main product image). Please feel free to email us the dimensions of your project at info@mountainviewstone.net and we can help you estimate the number of corners and flats you will need to complete your project. We have several images on our website, however you can see all of our images on our Pinterest gallery https://www.pinterest.com/mountainviewstone. All of our completed installation images are customer submitted and they are true to color, we do not enhance or manipulate our photos at all. There may be some differences from image to image, however this variation is caused by different lighting conditions and image quality. Please let us know if you have any more questions!

Question about the shipping. If we do not have a forklift to unload, does your shipping include lift gate on the truck you utilize?
Thank you for your question and interest in our stone veneer. The delivery truck will have a liftgate and pallet jack to unload your order, no loading dock required, but it is a lot easier to unload and move around with a forklift if available on site. Please let us know if you have any more questions!

We are trying to put stone around a small archway entrance into a wine cellar and was wondering if we could just purchase the corner pieces? We would need 6 boxes of the corner stones. Thanks in advance!
Thank you for your question and interest in our stone veneer. Corners are add on items and cannot be sold and shipped independently of flats, unless purchasing at least 10 boxes of corners. We can process an order for less than 10 boxes of corners independent of flats, however, there is a charge to package these to prevent damage during shipping. Please feel free to email us at info@mountainviewstone.net and we can help you process an order for just corners. Please note our items are made to order. Currently our production lead time is around four – six weeks. Please let us know if you have any more questions!

Do you sell a stone panel that has a 4” depth?
Thank you for your question and interest in our stone veneer. Unfortunately we don't offer a stone veneer that is 4" thick. Our thickest stone veneer would be our lime stone profile that averages around 2" thick https://mountainviewstone.net/collections/lime-stone. Our lime stone profile is not a panel system, they are individual stones. There are 10 square feet of flats per box and 6 lineal feet of corners per box. The individual stones will vary in size, shape, and thickness. To achieve the desired natural stone finish as shown in our images it is up to the installer to arrange the individual stones in the correct pattern and install each stone one at a time. If you are looking for a panel system, our ready stack profile is a mini panel stone product and is installed in sections at a time https://mountainviewstone.net/collections/ready-stack. Each panel measures 4” high but will vary in length (5.5”, 8.25”, 11”, 16.5”) and thickness (1.5”-2.5”). Each ready stack panel has multiple stones on each panel face. To achieve the desired finish as shown in our images it is up to the installer to arrange the panels in the correct pattern and install each panel one at a time. Please let us know if you have any more questions!
