Mountain View Stone ready stacked stone sienna stone veneer panels offer a warm and inviting blend of terracotta, rust, and soft browns, reminiscent of sun-baked earth. This color adds a cozy, rustic feel to both indoor and outdoor spaces, making it ideal for applications such as accent walls, fireplaces, and exterior facades. Designed for easy installation, these stone veneer panels provide the authentic look of hand-stacked stone without the complexity of individual stone placement. The ready stack stone panel system was designed for the do-it-yourself enthusiast, light weight and easy to install. Mountain View Stone ready stack has straight lines with rugged stone texture. No experience or masonry skills are needed to install ready stack panels, and they install up to 4 times faster than your typical manufactured stone veneer. This stone is sure to add a unique beauty and elegance to your next project.

Ready stack is a stone veneer panel product measuring 1.5" to 2.5" thick and therefore thinner than traditional stone siding for easier, lighter handling. All our manufactured stone veneer products are suitable for interior applications such as stone accent walls or stone fireplaces as well as exterior applications such as stone veneer siding. Mountain View Stone ready stack is available in boxes of 9 square foot flats, boxes of 6.5 lineal foot matching corners, and 150 square foot bulk crates.

Each 9 square foot box weighs roughly 80-90lbs and corners weigh roughly 70-80lbs per box. Each 150 square foot bulk crate weighs roughly 1450lbs.

Materials

Mountain View Stone ready stack is produced by combining Portland cement, lightweight aggregate, and iron oxide mineral colors.

Minimum Order Details

All products have a minimum order quantity. Orders for less than the minimum order quantity will be cancelled. Ready stack has a minimum order quantity of 54 square feet.

Corners are add on items and cannot be sold and shipped independently of stone veneer flats. Orders for corners independent of stone veneer flats will be cancelled.

Accessories are add on items and cannot be sold and shipped independently of stone veneer flats. Orders for accessories independent of stone veneer flats will be cancelled.

Overage

We recommend ordering an additional 10–15% to account for waste from cuts, fitting adjustments, or potential breakage during installation and shipping.

Installation Instructions

Ready stack is a mini panel stone product and is installed panel by panel. Each panel measures 4" high but will vary in length and thickness. Each Mountain View Stone ready stack panel has multiple stones on each panel face. In order to achieve the desired finish as shown in our images it is up to the installer to arrange the panels in the correct pattern and install each panel one at a time. At 76, I am still an avid DIYer and not afraid to tackle most any project. After considerable research, I chose Mountain View Stone based upon conversations with company personnel, variety of products, and cost. The veneer project, mainly the front of my house, was the first for me and I felt a little trepidation when I received 1.2 tons of stone, which arrived on schedule. Nonetheless I literally put my nose to the grindstone and installed the stones over a few weeks working only on the morning to avoid the Arizona heat. I selected ready stack for easy installation, which worked great. I used a second hand compound miter saw, which cut through the stones like butter. There was a manufacturing anomaly with some of the stones, but I was able to work around it and Carl did an outstanding job in ensuring my satisfaction. I am pleased with the results, which were echoed by compliments from neighbors and others. I recommend Mountain View Stone for your stone veneer project.

Each panel measures 4” high but will vary in length (5.5”, 8.25”, 11”, 16.5”) and thickness (1.5”-2.5”). Each ready stack panel has multiple stones on each panel face. To achieve the desired finish as shown in our images it is up to the installer to arrange the panels in the correct pattern and install each panel one at a time.   • Good morning, I am looking for information or details for interior installation of your stone veneer. We have a retail space with existing 5/8” Gypsum Board over metal stud walls, we need to figure out the required installation steps. Can you please advise?

For the surface prep, which is the most important step, you will need to install a moisture barrier and then install wire lath over that. Make sure the nails or screws for wire lath hit studs to ensure a good foundation. Your scratch coat goes over the wire lath and then the stone veneer. We recommend our stone veneer and brick veneer be installed with Type S mortar. Mortar is recommended for installation opposed to an adhesive as mortar is cheaper than adhesive, and when installing with an adhesive you must hold the stone in place until the adhesive sets which really slows down installation time, whereas mortar instantly holds. The one question I have is application, I do not see a tutorial online regarding what adhesive to use or how to apply, do you have any references you can share?
